These Booking Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of our website (“Website”) and the purchase of goods and my booking terms for treatments available through the Website. By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
- Booking and Purchase Process: a. The booking process on my website consists of contacting me via a contact form and providing me with necessary information for your enquiry and booking. b. By completing a purchase via my shop, you are agreeing to purchase the selected product through my shop checkout. By making an enquiry via my contact form or purchase via my shop you are agreeing to my privacy policy.
- Confirmation: a. Upon successful completion of a purchase, receipt of payment, will be sent to you.
- Pricing and Payment: a. All prices displayed on the Website are in the GBP £ currency and are subject to applicable taxes or fees unless stated otherwise. b. Payment methods accepted will be clearly indicated on the Website in checkout. c. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details, and unauthorised use of payment information is strictly prohibited. d. For any bookings in person you can pay cash or BACS for treatments and we will discuss this on enquiry.
- Cancellations and Refunds for shop purchases: a. I offer returns and refunds for my shop products for unopened products if the product is damanged in transit and may request photos of proof of this for to complete your refund and return. b. I do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind purchases. Any shop item refunded will be refunded using the original payment method, unless otherwise specified. c. Any fees associated with cancellations or refunds are your responsibility and may be deducted from the refund amount.
- Modifications and Amendments for treatment bookings: a. Requests for modifications or amendments to your booking (which for any treatment are made once you have contacted me) may be subject to availability and additional charges. b. I will make reasonable efforts to accommodate modification requests but cannot guarantee my availability.
- Intellectual Property: a. All content and materials on the Website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, are the property of their respective owners and protected by intellectual property laws. b. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content from the Website without prior written consent.
